Mindfulness

It is not called “mind emptiness”
so stop trying to tip the contents
out of your brain.

Fill it up, in fact,
to the very brim.

It is only by doing this
that you get to practice
the point of it all:

to devote your attention
with clarity and awe
to everything
you see.
